Reed Street builders helped national furniture company Usona move their Philadelphia store from Sansom Street to a newly renovated facility at 1633 Locust St.
The property on Locust Street, a beautiful Gregorian Revival, was designed and built in 1890 the prominent architects of several universities in the area. However, in order to convert the space from a residential home into a storefront, Reed Street Builders needed to complete commercial fit out of the 5,000+ sq. foot facility.
