Project Description
This project was a combination of efforts, with Reed Street Builders being both the General Contractor and subcontracted.
As a whole, the space is 127 units, and Reed Street Builders was subcontracted by Jeffrey M. Brown to do windows, painting, flooring, and ticket work. Additionally, Reed Street Builders was GC on 9 commercial fit outs, doing carpentry, framing, dry wall, FRP, equipment, signage, lighting, plumbing, drop ceilings, tile flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and painting.
