Salvatore Jalilvand brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep-rooted passion for construction to his role as Principal of Reed Street Builders. Raised in a family with strong ties to the building industry, Salvatore developed an early interest in design, development, and the processes that turn plans into lasting structures.
After gaining hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction, Salvatore partnered with his cousin Peter Pelullo and close friend Elliot O’Neill to launch Reed Street Development and, subsequently, Reed Street Builders. Together, they set out to create a company focused on quality craftsmanship, transparency, and delivering projects that make a lasting impact on Philadelphia’s urban landscape.
With over 15 years in the industry, Salvatore now plays a key role in design coordination, project planning, and overall strategic direction. His commitment to excellence and collaborative leadership style have helped establish Reed Street Builders as a trusted name in construction and development.
Salvatore lives in Philadelphia and enjoys spending time with family and staying involved in the local community.
